Collette Roche Has Been Named One of Vogue's Most Influential Women

In April, Manchester United announced it was appointing Collette Roche to its executive board, immediately making her the most senior female figure in its history (!!!). And this week, Vogue named her one of the top 25 British women to watch who are shaping 2018.

Roche is a former executive director of Manchester Airports Group is now set to become one of the most powerful women in sport, another much needed voice in the industry and especially for a club about to launch it's new pro women's team. 

The Chief Operating Officer joins six other women in executive positions in the men's Football League and Premier League: West Ham's Karren Brady, Marina Granovskaia at Chelsea, Susan Whelan at Leicester, Forest Green Rovers’ chief executive Helen Taylor, Sheffield Wednesday's CEO Katrien Meire and Carolyn Radford at Mansfield Town.

Roche will be in charge of facilities, Old Trafford, ticketing and running the day-to-day biz things of the club.
